The JC-LH series Blown Film Extrusion Line specified for LDPE/LLDPE film production conceived to fulfill the requirement for various applications, extruder diameter ranging from 55mm to 120mm, working width ranging from 400 ~ 3200mm.
MULTILAYER S Blown Film Lines
The JC-CX series Multi-Layer Coextrusion Line has standard 2-layer and 3 layer line configuration for various packaging and industrial application.
PP Blown Film Lines
The PP Blown Film Extrusion Line JC-PB series is designed for production of high clarity PP film, extruder diameter ranging from 45mm to 90mm and film layflat width up to 1050mm.

Heavy Duty Film for production of agriculture film, green house film, and lining film. The lines is manufacture taking into account each customer¡¦s specific requirement.
Heavy Duty Bag Film for production of heavy duty bags mainly co-extruded layer structure.Special design nip rollers are equipped with auxiliary cooling roller.The line can be completed with in-line flexographic printing machine, and off-line inside embossing unit.
Raffia / Tape Film (woven / poly-twine application) ¡V The production flat yarn by blown film, that is in-line longitudinally slit into narrow stripes, stretched, annealed, and each flat yarn/raffia/tape is then winded by precision cross winder, For technical specification, please refer to Polytwine Making Machine.
