In-house R&D & Engineering

Each year, we dedicated a significant part of our resource in R&D activities.On the one hand this is important for us to keep up and maintain our position in the international competition, and at the same time it enables us to meet the demand we place on ourselves, fulfilling our commitment for continuous improvement.

To boost our R&D level, we adopt CAD system in the developing stage for every project.

We are also work in conjunction with Taiwan Plastics Industry Development Center (PIDC) for international technology alliance to have a constant update on the market trend and new product innovation at all time.

To maintain our competitive in the fast-paced and quick changing plastic industry, we are also taking great account onto the process of training professional engineers for executing and integrating the advance electronic control and sophisticate mechanic structure and design in our line of machine.

Integrating our engineering ability and R&D capability, we have successfully provide our customer with reliable, efficient, versatile and user-friend machinery.

Manufacturing Base

Our manufacturing facility in Chia-Yi is well equipped with sophisticate processing instrument, precision measuring device, and highly skilled technical manpower to construct the complete machine under one roof.This state of art working environment provides a solid foundation for us to manufacture the quality machine with a short lead time.

We apply latest quality control techniques & devices to check quality at each level of manufacturing.It is to our policy to manufacture and distribute high quality plastic extrusion machinery to fulfill its intended function, and to meet our customer’s demand.
